They have to now that threaded replies are allowed. I bet it's all built around that.

What different UI could they implement? I guess something I'd like is a better recognition that I've received DMs, but other than that I feel the site works just fine. Hope this isn't a flop like facebooks "new" ui and how it hasn't really helped it just distracts.

Supposedly it's to include the threaded replies. I would also like to see some new command buttons on each Tweet. Time will only tell.
